Ayurveda is a holistic remedial science which comprises of two words, Ayu and Veda. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge or science. It is one of the well-known herbs used as an ayurvedic medicine for treatment of Hair loss & premature graying. Bhringraj is used along with other herbs such as amla, shikakai as a hair wash and conditioner.
• The Cardamom plant is a root with pods full of seeds, black cardamom being the longest and thus more productive and has many positive properties and usages.
