There are two types of vitamins: fat soluble and water soluble.
Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the fat tissues in your body as well as in your liver. The vitamins remain in the body fat until they are needed. Water-soluble vitamins are moved through the bloodstream, and whatever is unused by the body comes out when you urinate.
Our body is one powerful machine, capable of doing all sort of things by it. But vitamins cannot be prepared by body. Your body is able to get the vitamins; its fulfillment of body made by the foods you eat, because different foods contains different vitamin. The key is to eat different foods to get an assortment of vitamins. Food is essential to our system, the energy it supplies is essential to the operation of every system in our body. But too much of one thing will develop into an overload which our body can't handle. It is vital to protect this system or it will break down.
Nowadays, the attraction of burgers, pizzas, milkshakes and fries cannot be ignored; the special thing about them is the taste is loved by all. But it should not be consumed everyday because it is a fast junky food without the vitamins as well as minerals. By having healthy food gives you a healthy body and allows us a personally to feel more confident about him or her self providing a better outlook in life.
